1. SIGNIFICANCE: SOLID ROCKET MOTOR TEST PREPARATIONS ARE IN
PROGRESS. (SWN)
2. REMARKS: A PROBABLE DIFFUSER,I IS IN
POSITION NEAR THE THRUST BLOCK OF THE HORIZONTAL TEST CELL, AND
THE ENVIRONMENTAL SHELTER HAS BEEN MOVED TO THE ENTRANCE OF THE
CELL. A LARGE MOBILE CRANE AND ONE SUPPORT VEHICLE ARE NEXT TO
THE PROBABLE DIFFUSER. NO ROCKET MOTOR IS OBSERVED IN THE TEST
CELL OR IN THE TEST AREA. (SWN)
BIYSK SOLID MOTOR TEST AREA II IS PART OF THE BIYSK SOLID
PROPELLANT PRODUCTION COMPLEX (NO BE) AND IS INVOLVED IN STATIC
TESTING OF LARGE DIAMETER ROCKET MOTORS. (SWN)
