1. SIGNIFICANCE: SS-20 EQUIPMENT IS ACTIVE AT BASE 3. (SWN)
2. REMARKS: ONE SS-20 TRANSPORTER-ERECTOR-LAUNCHER (TEL) WITH
TRAINING CANISTER IS ON THE DRIVER-TRAINING COURSE
APPROXIMATELY 200 METERS SOUTH OF THE OPERATIONS AREA. IN THE
OPERATIONS AREA, AT LEAST SEVEN SS-20-ASSOCIATED VEHICLES AND
TWO SUPPORT VEHICLES ARE NEXT TO THE FIVE-BAY GARAGES. THE
EIGHT SS-20-ASSOCIATED VEHICLES IN FRONT OF THE FIVE-BAY
GARAGES HAVE PROBABLY BEEN MOVED INTO THE
GARAGES. VEHICLE TRACKAGE THROUGHOUT THE OPERATIONS AREA
SUGGESTS THAT ALL SINGLE-BAY GARAGES (SBG) ARE OCCUPIED. TWO
SBG SLIDING ROOFS ARE PARTIALLY OPEN. STEAM IS BEING VENTED
FROM THE STEAM GENERATION PLANT IN THE BASE SUPPORT AREA. (SWN)
