1. SIGNIFICANCE: POSTLAUNCH ACTIVITY IS IN PROGRESS. (SWN)
2. REMARKS: THE SILO DOOR IS OPEN AND THE EXHAUST DEFLECTOR RING
IS JUST OFF THE APRON. PREPARATIONS TO REMOVE THE LOWER
CANISTER SECTION ARE IN PROGRESS. AN EMPTY SILO LOADER IS
ALIGNED WITH THE SILO, AND A SET OF 'C' RINGS HAS BEEN
INSTALLED IN THE SILO APERTURE. A MISSILE TRANSPORTER IS ON
THE SILO APRON AND ONE SUPPORT VEHICLE IS NEARBY. A MAZ-543
UPPER CANISTER TRANSPORTER WITH AN SS-19 UPPER CANISTER SECTION
(INSET), AND A TRUCK-MOUNTED CRANE ARE ON THE SITE ACCESS ROAD
(NOT ON GRAPHIC). PRELAUNCH ACTIVITY WAS OBSERVED

WHEN A PROPELLANT LOADING OPERATION WAS IN PROGRESS.
DEFSMAC REPORTED THE LAUNCH OF AN SS-19 ICBM FROM TYURATAM AT
02052 THE MISSILE IMPACTED ON THE
KAMCHATKA PENINSULA AFTER A FLIGHT OF APPROXIMATELY 25 MINUTES
