1. SIGNIFICANCE: A 300-METER LONG RAIL SHED IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
IN THE PROBABLE RAIL MOBILE MISSILE RECEIVING AND CHECKOUT AREA
(MRACA). WHEN COMPLETED, THIS SHED WILL CONCEAL THE
TRANSLOADING OF MISSILES AND EQUIPMENT DELIVERED TO THIS
FACILITY. (SWN)
2. REMARKS: WALL STANCHIONS ARE BEING IMPLACED ON FOOTINGS ON THE
WEST SIDE OF THE RAIL SPUR, AND FOOTINGS ARE BEING INSTALLED ON
THE EAST SIDE OF THE SPUR. THE MRACA WILL SUPPORT THE PROBABLE
RAIL MOBILE VARIANT OF THE SS-X-24 BELIEVED TO BE CURRENTLY
UNDER DEVELOPMENT AT PLESETSK. (SWN)
