1. SIGNIFICANCE: U.S. FORCES HAVE ARRIVED AT THE AIRFIELD. (SWN)
2. REMARKS: SIX UH-60 BLACKHAWK UTILITY TACTICAL TRANSPORT
HELICOPTERS AND 15 OH-6 CAYUSE LIGHT OBSERVATION HELICOPTERS
ARE OBSERVED. THE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND BARRELS THAT
BLOCKED THE RUNWAY HAVE BEEN REMOVED, AND THE WESTERN HALF OF
THE RUNWAY APPEARS TO BE SERVICEABLE. ONE BUILDING (NOT SHOWN)
NEAR THE EAST END OF THE RUNWAY HAS BEEN DAMAGED
NO UNUSUAL ACTIVITY IS OBSERVED AT THE U.S. MEDICAL
COLLEGE OR THE CUBAN BARRACKS. (SWN)
