SUBJECT : HAC Supplemental Hearing
Jim Van Wagenen called this morning to
tell us they expect to hold their FY '82 Program
Supplemental hearings on Thursday, 20 May be-
ginning at 0930. Although the order of appearance
has not been firmed up yet, CIA/Comptroller and
NSA/Comptroller are expected to appear,as well as
several witnesses from DoD. I will be in touch
with Jim regarding order of appearances.
In addition, the DoD/FCI hearing previously
scheduled for Wednesday, 19 May at 1330 has now
been moved to Thursday, 10 June at 0930.
