GIMS, OCR-COLTS, and DDO-STAR all reported below the
goal of 96 percent for the week with each application
recording outages due to hardware, software, procedural,
and an unresolved Comten problem.
GIMS experienced 1 hour and 17 minutes of software errors,
39 minutes of hardware outages, and a 26 minute unresolved
Comten line problem.
OCR-COLTS had 2 hours and 50 minutes of OCR procedural
errors, a 45 minute Comten hardware outage, and a 20 minute
software problem.
DDO-STAR experienced 1 hour and 54 minutes of hardware problems
and 1 hour and 38 minutes of software errors.
