SUBJECT Management Staff Weekly Report May '9-13 77
EAG Review of Major ADP Projects
Management Staff, ODP sent a memorandum to ADP Control
Officer regarding an EAG review of major projects that use
ODP computer resources. This memorandum provided guidelines
for the offices to use in responding to the EAG review.
SAFE Manpower Requirements
Management Staff worked with Special Project Staff,
ODP to answer a question from the Administration Group,
O/Comptroller, about SAFE manpower requirements in FY 1979.
Manpower Estimates for SSC and HAC
Management Staff provided the Administration Group,
Office of Comptroller, with an estimate of the number of
manhours used to answer questions from the Senate Select
Committee (SSC) and the House Appropriations Committee (HAC).
Lang Range Plans Working Group
This working group has met and a charter has been
written. ODP members from Management Staff, Applications
and Special Projects Staff will meet regularly to address
ODP planning issues.

OL/UDP Procurement Working Group
This working group held their regular meeting. It
seems to be a consensus that the format, and possibly the
direction, of this group should be changed to be more
effective.
