Weekend testing of MVS/JES3 was conducted over the past weekend. No major problems were encountered; however, the workload was light. 2. Four additional 6250 BPI tape drives were installed on 17 June. These were added to the pool available to users to provide better service. STATINTL 3. The TROLL econometric modeling package was installed on the VM Interactive System. STATINTL 4. Release 3.0 of the Microdata Reality System STATINTL installed on the ODP Reality computer for testing. NINON 5. The GAS daily production run book is 90% complete. The Production Specialist plans to start on the monthly run STATINTL books next week. GAS daily work is currently up to date. 6. removed the 8 meg core from the 168-1 on Friday. STATINTL 1. SIS will begin stress testing MVS/JES3 prior to bring- ing this system up. 2. GIMS Division will study the possibility of combining GIMDEV and CAMDEV into one job. Both now use Release 4.0. Problems 1. Power problems attributed to locally severe thunder- storms caused power problems in both centers over the past weekend.
