oral report on. the SAFE/ADISS' Commonality Study on. 8 Augusst. The
bilefing was attended by ' rna,nagement. officials. from, the IC' Staff,

C.- The _ SAPR/ SS' Working Group i met..with the IC
Staff on i August to discuss refine ments to the staff study on

B. An amendment to the RFP has been prepared which
asks the bidder~. to set prices do an initial. functional

A. _ submitted a critique of the contractor's
proposed interim solution for a semi--automated system which
could be used until the delivery of RAPID. The critique,
which was thorough and constructive, will be sent to the
contractor for their information. STATSPEC
B. A briefing was presented to the Steering Committee
and the DDS&T. The topics discussed were the project status,
the contractor's completion plan, ODP "a estimate of the
credibility of the newly proposed schedule, and- study
of the interim solution. Some tentative decisions were made

3. The Acceptance-Teat Criteria Meeting was held on
9 August 1977. it was decided to begin writing the preliminary.
acceptance test.
C. Installation of software modifications of the DEC
PDP 11/34 is continuing with government assistance. These
modifications are bug fixes for RSX-11M V03.
