I can see no special restrictions which would need to be
placed on GAO auditors reviewing the operations of the Office
of Joint Computer Sup rt beyond the normal clearance and clan-
fication requirements that apply to the Agency's business.
The data stored and processed on our computers, for the most:
part, is placed in our ? custody" for such functional. Therefore,
access to computer data bases would have to bia with the approval
of the "owner" of such data; for example, the Office of Personnel,
Office of Finance, Office of medical Services, DDI, DDO, etc.
