Your approval is requested to invite a journalist to speak to the Advanced Intelligence Seminar (AIS), which will run from 9 - 25 January 1974, on the subject, "The Media and the Government". 2. In view of the many commitments journalists often have, the staff would like to obtain approval to invite any of the following: David Broder, Washington Post columnist; Charles Bartlett, Chicago Sun-Times columnist; Mel Elfin, Chief, Washington Bureau, Newst?rcek; Meg Greenfield, editDrial writer for The Washington Post; Peter Lisagor, Chief, Washington Bureau, Chica(o Daily News; and George Reedy, Dear_ of Journalism, Marquette University.
