Here is my revised proposal on the intelligence
museum collection.
Now that we have directorate Historical Officers. I
don't need to bother the DD's. The attached note could go
from me to my general referents.
I leave it to you if we should check the draft or the
general proposition with Colby first. I guess we should.

The Intelligence Museum Commission is abolished, and the CIA,
History Staff assumes responsibility for identifying and collecting items for
an intelligence museum.
The Historical Officers in each directorate are requested to submit
their comments on an intelligence museum collection to the undersigned.
