Motivation Management
Saturday, April 17 and Sunday, April 18
The program is a 20-hour instrumented
activity built on the theory that success is
more likely to be achieved when goals are
clear. Motivation Management:
- Helps you recognize successes you have
had in your adult life
- Facilitates feedback on strengths you
have demonstrated in achieving successes
and shows how to build an analysis of
your personal power base
- Provides a method for analyzing ob-
stacles you must overcome in achieving
the goals you have set for yourself
- Enables you to practice the process of
setting realistic goals, estimating the pay-
offs you see in their achievement, dealing
with success or failure in meeting the
goal, and evaluating the payoffs actually
received
The work is done in small groups of five,
allowing time for a great deal of interaction.
The fee is $50. Where wives desire to
participate with their husbands, the fee for a
couple will be $75.
