I wish to thank you for the excellent program which Mr.
ST TINTL d others of your staff presented to our Mideareer
Executive Development Course on 15 June 1966. The briefings
at informative and greatly appreciated by the Midcareerists,
all of whom expressed regret that your other commitments
prevented them from meeting you.
As you suggested in your letter to Admiral Raborn, arrangements
for future briefings for our Mideareerists would certainly be
facilitated if handled directly between our respective staffs. At
ST T present, Its the Administrator for the Midcareer
Executive Development Course and he will be pleased to effect
ST TINTL Coordination with F_ I With respect to the
possibility of providing NSA Midcareer officers with briefings at CIA
H"dquaar'ters, you can indeed count on my support in assuring the
development of a program suited to your needs. On the assumption
ST TINTL that will be the action officer for NSA, I suggest that he
get in touch with Mr, John Richardson, Director of Training, when
your plans are far enough advanced to require further discussion.
