Training Program
1. In carrying out recommendation No. 6, paragraph
b. of the referenced Program, I have designated my Deputy,
I Is Chairman of the CIA Committee for
Language Development.
2. To assure full effectiveness of the Committee's
efforts, I believe that a senior officer from each of the Di-
rectorates plus a senior officer from the Office of Personnel
should be appointed as a member of this Committee.
3. Attached herewith is a memorandum for your signa-
ture requesting such action.
