I underst you and lms are familiar with his case. He's a neighbor of Bill Moyers who, I'm told, helped him get a job at Housing. In his exit interview, Wilson had some criticisms of CIA--low grades; slow promotions; and inadequate career planning, especially for non-official cover per- sonnel- -but said its the "finest agency in the Government" and indicated that heiteaving purely for economic reasons.
