1. Before answering Mr. Bannerman's
questions I'd like any input you have on this.

But as I understand it his proposals have been
approved and space is available in the area
where the Placement Division is now located
to set up the Skill Bank. However, some
special filing cabinets are needed and until
they are on hand the project won't actually go
into operation. I'm told Personnel thinks it
doesn't have the money (about $1, 200 or so)
to buy the cabinets this fiscal year. Maybe
you can help them out.
