1. The accompanying motion picture, W61i-03 DCI Richard
Helms, Swearin In (print 3), is transmitted in response to
your request (reference a) for three prints of this film.
It is due back to Graphics Register on or before 2 September
1967. of your office currently has
on loan prints one and two of this same film which are due
back to Graphics Register on 5 August 1966 and 7 September
1966 respectively; the loans of these two items are extended
until 2 September 1967.
2. There are restrictions concerning the use of these
prints overseas, and it is for this reason that policy
prescribes routing overseas requests through DD/P and. the
CI Staff so that pertinent instructions are passed directly
to the end-user in writing. Thus, Graphics Register is able
to maintain close control. Should you wish Graphics Register
to service any overseas activity, they will be happy to be of
