1. In reference to our recent conversation, there is attached a
report dated 18 November 1966 of the Support Planning Team that visited Saigon..

2. There are a number of matters wwntioner in this report which warrant
further attention; however, I do not know the atua of actions on these matters. I
understand that the Team discussed their findings with the COS and staff at SSA
and presumably attention has been given to thi a matters. However, as indicated
above I am not certain where we staad. I would apprey.iate being advised of what
matters should receive further attention and 'that I mi; ht do to see that proper
support is being rendered.
