1. This memorandum is for your information only.
2. At Admiral Raborn's invitation, CINCLANT is sending a group to
Headquarters to look at our methods of indexing and retrieval, up-dating
systems, criteria for establishing priorities, facsimile reproduction, computer
hardware in general, and long distance facsimile systems. The party will
consist of:

4. A luncheon in the Director's Dining Room will be hosted by Mr. Alan 25x1
M. Warfield, Assistant Deputy Director for Support. Mr. Charles A. Briggs,
Director of Computer Services; Mr. John K. Vance, Director of Central Reference;
and Special Assistant to the Deputy Director for Support
will also attend the luncheon.

SUBJECT : Visit of CINCLANTFT Party to Headquarters

1. Commande~ in the Office of Security, has made arrangements
to meet the visitors at the helicopter pad and escort them to your office.

will give the first briefing in the DD/S Conference Room at 10:00 or as
soon as we can get there after seeing Mr. Helms. This will be a short five or
ten minute presentation followed by a visit to the WALNUT computer room.
2. Chuck Briggs will give the OCS briefing at 10:30 in his office, Room
G -D- 0410.
3. John Vance will brief the group in Room 2-E-60 at 11:00.
