The VEPCO Systems Engineer at Richmond has not yet given us his recommendations and approval of the scheme of operation which was proposed by Mr. Suter (General Electric Engineer) for the 2-2000 KW emergency generators in the main powerhouse. Building. The report indicated a number of problem areas and cited action being taken. The seriousness of a power failure accompanied by the deficiencies noted in our emergency power system cannot be overstated.
