SUBJECT : Budgetary Allowances, Fiscal Years 1965 and 1966
In accordance with discussions of last week between Mr. of the
Office of Communications; Mr. of the Office of Budget, Program
Analysis, and Manpower; and Mr. of this office, the budgetary
allowances for use in preparing the Fiscal Year 1966 Office Estimates
have been adjusted as follows :
Budgetary allowances for the Immediate Office of the Deputy Director for
Support have been decreased by corresponding amounts in each of the two
fiscal years. These transfers were made with the understanding that the
amounts involved will be returned to the Deputy Director for Support at a later
date.
