'Weight Allowances under 'oreign Service Travel Regulations
1. Reference is made, to proposed official dispatch
dated 25 October 194EI from the Chief q FBZ to the Chief of
Station 11 concerning the application of weight allow-
ances to mp ees with designations. The application
of weight allowances arises from Agency adoption of Foreign
Service Travel Regulations for employees in such catagory.
You have referred this dispatch to this office for coor-
dination.
