7. (U) White House Fellow
White House Fellow, has been
assigned as a DCI Special Assistant. Appropriate orienta-
tion briefings will be provided including a
presentation by on ice of Security
missions and functions.
8. (U) Meetings with DCI
The DCI is continuing his practice of meeting with
small, representative, cross-sectional groups within the
Agency.,iNext week, he will meet for an hour with secretarial
personnel from each of the four directorates.
Physical Security Division, has been se ecte as
one of the representatives from the Directorate of Adminis-
tration.
9. (U) Opinion Survey
In follow up to a 1976 employee opinion survey, the
Acting DDA has requested the ADMAG, supported by the
Office level MAG groups, make a further inquiry. A cross-
section of Headquarters-based OS employees will receive
the questionnaire from SMAG representatives next week.
They will be requested to respond within 24 hours to questions
focusing on manpower utilization, career development, training,
advancement opportunity and other areas of concern.

10. IC) Industrial Prescreening Program
25X1A On 27 September C/OPS/PSI and an OMS
representative will MWqWst Coast to explore
25X1A with - the feasibility of setting up an industrial
applicant psychological prescreening program similar in
scope to that employed by the Agency in the staff applicant
program.
11. (U/AIUO) Career Training Program (CTP)
The Career Training Program is inviting applications
from internal employees for the next class beginning on
23 January 1978. Training for non-DDO-destined persons
is of nine month duration; for DDO and DDO-destined persons
training will last approximately 12 months (the additional
time is devoted to the Operation Course). Interested
personnel (ages 22-33 and Grades 7-11) should contact
Personnel Branch for particulars,
