(U/AIUO) Conduct of Employees
Mr. Gambino reminded all personnel of their responsibility
to follow Agency regulations and other legal requirements
in their official conduct. He noted that recently a
number of cases have arisen in the Agency involving
false statements in such matters as the submission of
travel vouchers. Mr. Gambino also underscored the need
for Office of Security personnel and their spouses to
avoid any activities that might be construed as a conflict
of interest between official and personal requirements.
For example, he noted that a well-intentioned inquiry
from a former employee or activities surrounding a
spouse's non-Agency occupation might represent potential
conflict of interest situations.
6. (U) Safety Briefings
Employees unable to attend one of the initial safety
briefings will have the opportunity to do so on 2 November
0900, 1100, 1500 and 1800 hours and on 16 November at
0600, 0900, 1100 and 1300 hours.
