employees be made aware of a recent amendment to the
Federal Personnel Manual which provides that "all

as well as race."

4. (C) Federal Women's Program Panel Vacancy
departure from the Office of Security
to the Intelligence Community Staff has created a vacancy
as Security representative to the DDA Working Group of
the above panel. A vacancy notice will be issued shortly;
however, persons interested.in this position may call
Personnel Branch for information.
5. (C) Briefcase Inspection
Mr. Gambino expressed his great concern that a briefcase
inspection held on 30-November evidenced the continued
laxity of some personnel regarding proper protection
of classified material.
6. (U) Women's Safety Briefin
On 28 and 29 November, in the Headquarters auditorium,
Mr. Frederick Storaska, author of How to Say no to a
Rapist- and Survive, presented a valuable and interesting
lecture based on his book which was well received by the
nearly 2,000 persons who attended.
