REFERENCE: DDA Administrative Instruction No. 74-5
1. (U) This memorandum is for information only.
2. (U) The activities of the Office of security during
the week of 17-23 June 1977 were highlighted by the following
items:
b. (U/AIUO) On 20 June at the request of the
DCI, two security officers interviewed an unemployed
Texas oilman who had attempted to contact the DCI
.regarding Agency employment. The interviewee
appeared emotionally stable and not hostile. He was
referred to his congressman for possible additional
employment leads and was asked to submit a completed
Personal History Statement, relative to interest in
Agency employment.
c. (U/AIUO) Security support was afforded the
DCI on 20 and 23 June in connection with appearances
before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and
the Subcommittee on Priorities and Economy in Govern-
ment, Joint Economic Committee.
