I am pleased to submit the nomination o
of this Agency for the 1973 Federal Woman's war F.
career with the Central Intelligence Agency has
been characterized y outstanding ability and achievement. In her pres-
ent position she has been the principal author of a number of National
Estimates which have been extremely valuable to me and the members
of the National Security Council. In each instance has STATINTL
demonstrated a high degree of personal integrity, hones y an judgment
which earned for her a senior position in this Agency. I believe she
justly merits public recognition.
We want to take this opportunity to commend you and the members
of the Board for continuing this most worthwhile awards program to
honor distinguished women in the Federal Government.
