Mr. Lundahl has been considered as the top photographic intelligence officer in the
United States Government and, as such, he has been involved in the most important
photographic problers affecting national security, including the Cuban crisis.
During World War II he served in the Navy's Photographic Intelligence Center, and
is given great credit for the new and unique types of photography upon which our
current intelligence efforts are sc dependent.. He has been called upon to deliver
critically important briefings to senior policy officials concerned with the national
security. His duties extend to obtaining the cooperation of all branches of the
Government involved in the exploitation of photography for intelligence purposes.
He is active in professional, civic and community activities.
