I invite your participation in a seminar on the Third World which the DCPs
Intelligence Producers Council will sponsor this fall. The seminar will meet on 21 and 22
October at the Department of State, Washington, D.C., and I shall function as Chairman.
The seminar will provide a forum for senior and analyst-level members of the
Intelligence Community, executives from consumer agencies, and distinguished
academicians to interact on questions pertaining to information needs on the Third

stimulating environment for the exchange of ideas.
