fall. The agenda is enclosed for your information. Your talk is scheduled for 21 October
at 1030 in Room 1105 at the Department of State, Washington, D.C. Easy access to that

It is requested that you forward a point paper, synopsis, or outline of your talk to
the Intelligence Producers Council (IPC) Staff about two weeks before the seminar; i.e.,
not later than 8 October. This will allow the staff to include the. paper in a handbook
they are fissembling for seminar participants. The objective of such a handbook will be
to en1: the key points of each talk in a compendium of the seminar, facilitating
client reference to key points during panel deliberations.
At the same time, may I request that you complete the enclosed biographic data
