The attached proposal was prepared in response to your request to establish an automated publications review board man- agement information system. The propose( system will enable your staff to maintain a data base on the ODE' computer system and ob- tain the specialized queries/reports they require. 2. We estimate the software costs for developing this system on the ODP mainframe computers in the amount of $9,000 in manpower and $3,000 in computer costs. These costs will be absorbed by ODP and will be reflected in our Project Activity and Credit Report. 3. Upon receipt of your concurrence in this proposal, devel- opment of the system will proceed as described.
