Dear Mr. Casey:
On behalf of the officers and members of the National Petroleum
Council, I extend to you a cordial invitation to an informal reception
on Tuesday, November 30, 1982. The reception will be held in the
Dolley Madison Ballroom of The Madison Hotel, Fifteenth and M Streets,
N.W., Washington, D.C., from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
The reception is being held in conjunction with the semi-annual
meeting of the Council, which will be held the following day. At that
meeting the Council will consider a draft final report of the NPC Com-
mittee on Third World Petroleum Development and a progress report
of the NPC Committee on Enhanced Oil Recovery.
I hope your schedule will permit you to be with us on November
30. Please notify Marshall W. Nichols, Executive Director of the Nation-
al Petroleum Council, of your attendance plans.
