SUBJECT: Corrmunity Response to Post Mortem
on the Soviet Brigade in Cuba (C)
The attached report specifies the recommendations made by
the SRP as a result of its examination of the Cuba-Soviet brigade
intelligence problem and describes the steps taken so far. From
the perspective of this Directorate, the scope and pace of the
actions taken are judged to be fully appropriate. Furthermore,
those recommendations which involve the DDI directly or
indirectly are compatible with actions being taken in the
Directorate to improve planning, resource allocation, and
production quality. The recommendations and actions taken do not
adversely affect office-level management policies.
