You'll probably recall that when we went through the attached
exercise, DDA was the only component that took it at least half
seriously.
If done well, this is the kind of effort John believes Casey
is looking for--evidence that we're taking a hard look at ongoing
activities to identify potential savings at the same time we are
pursuing our rebuilding efforts.
We're hoping this topic will not be on today's (5 August) Cabinet
agenda. John would like you to work on this to have something available
when the issue does come up.
Let me know if this should be in the EXCOM forum anywhere along the
line.
