Dear Mr. Casey:
Gene Bradley asked that we advise you immediately of the imple-
mentation of a tightened security system at Fort McNair, which
will require all IMDI Associates and guests attending the April 6
Washington Briefing Session to show the enclosed security pass to
gain access to the National Defense University. We recommend
that you arrive a few minutes earlier than you had originally
planned in order to accommodate for any delay in the security
procedure.
For your convenience, parking is available both in front of and
next to Theodore Roosevelt Hall (see enclosed map). If you need
extra security passes (two are enclosed) for guests or members of
your staff who may be accompanying you, please let us know. My
associate, Suzanne Stratford, will be in contact with your office
early next week concerning last minute details of your partici-
pation. We greatly look forward to seeing you on April 6.
