1. The stated terms of reference for the planned U.S. International Broadcasting
Requirements Study are excellent. We are looking forward to providing any intelligence
information we can that will support this worthwhile project. We welcome the
opportunity to pick up some fresh ideas of broadcasting themes we might- use in those
----- areas-w ere we have an-applicable Presidential Finding. Any Agency participation, of.
course, will be limited to those areas covered by'such a Finding.'-
