Wick Director, International Communication Agency SUBJECT : Soviet Forgeries Field Manual I appreciated receiving an advance copy of the Soviet Forgeries Field Manual and was pleased to note that this Agency was able to be of assistance in its preparation. Such interagency cooperation in combatting Soviet active measures should be encouraged.
