1. Action Requested: That you concur in the revised DCI
Directive on Foreign Atomic Energy Intelligence.
2. Background: The revised directive has been developed
by the Executive Secretary, NFIB/NFIC, in consultation with
the Chairman, JAEIC and has been reviewed by the Deputy Director
of Central Intelligence (Reference). There is essentially no
substantive change from DCID No. 1/6 and 3/3 which the new
directive supersedes.
