SUBJECT : SIG(I) Committee Review of DCID 1/2 Priorities
The DDCI would like to handle the attached as follows:
-- The cover letter should be hatever
minor revisions are necessary, by as Executive
Secretary of the SIG(I).
-- Attachment C should become the new Attachment A;
.nembers should be advised that they should focus on the
priority changes made in this attachment on any of the key
issues that are of major concern to them.
-- The IPC material should be was an attachment so
that one package is sent out, not two. If the package can
be sent out by the first of December, that should provide
staffs ample time to prepare their principals for the
15 December meeting.
-- Proposals/comments should not be solicited in advance;
the meeting should provide a forum for meaningful dialogue on
the whole package.
