1. On 11 September. 1975, the Regulations Control
Branch contacted the Policy and Plans Group telephonically
concerning referenced Headquarters Notice. RCB advised
that the Executive Officer to the DD/A q 'Ii .

to publish the proposed Notice, since HN ated bTATINTL
5 August 1975, seems to adequately cover the subject.
2. Upon the guidance of the DD/PEM, PPG advised the
Regulations Control Branch that we agree with the Executive
Officer's conclusion. Further, we have no strong feelings
about publishing the referenced Notice and prepared the
first draft only to satisfy the MAG proposal.
3. RCB indicated that the Executive Officer will
attempt to persuade the DD/A against publishing of the
Notice.
