MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy Chief, Personnel Security Division
1. The Clearance Branch desires that the present end of
the month and 20th of the month computer runs be continued with-
out change.
2. If additional hardware and personnel were available,
the Clearance Branch would request that all cases processed by
the Branch be recorded at a Control Desk within SR & CD and
similar computer reports be prepared. This would provide us
with an improved record system and afford better control of the
cases resulting in savings in man-hours within the shop and 25X1
increased efficiency.
