1. In response to your request of 25 November 1966, set forth
is supplemental material to be added to the referenced memorandum
as a result of accomplishments since September 1966. The information
set forth follows the format of the referenced memorandum by section.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS TO DATE - FY-67
(1) Audio countermeasure inspections completed during
FY-67 to date:
Seven overseas inspection trips have been
completed which cover audio countermeasure
inspection of0stations and bases .

(2) Audio countermeasure inspections in process:
There are currently four overseas inspection
trips in process programmed for audio countermeasure

(9) Paragraph 3 from the reference memorandum
is renumbered paragraph 9 in this revised edition.
(10) To paragraph 4 of reference memorandum "New
Concepts and Training," the courses in Laser, IR,
X-Ray, and Signal Analysis have been completed.
These courses were held and were sponsored 25X1
by Technical Division/OS or Division personnel and
USIB TSCC invitees.
2. The information as set forth in reference memorandum for Plans
and Objectives - FY-67 and FY-68 is valid as given.
