1. Reference is made to your request of 23 November 1966
for updating of our accomplishments for Fiscal Year 1967 and plans
for FY 1967 and 1968.
2. There are no changes in plans for FY 1967 and FY 1968
from those previously submitted.
3. The following are the only changes in accomplishments for
FY 1967:
