relating to an article written by Mr. Dulles titled "My Answer
to the Bay of Pigs. "'
2. Mr. Houston has received an inquiry from a publisher who
was aware that Mr. Dulles wrote this article. Subsequent to the
receipt of this inquiry, he has obtained guidance from the Director
of Central Intelligence as to the disposition of this material.
3. In response to Mr. Houston's request, it has been
forwarded to him for disposition in accordance with policy
determinations.
