1. A review of the subject manual, Chapter 736,
Investigations, does not reflect any additional information
beyond that contained in our initial review of the official
U. S. Civil Service Commission news release dated 27
October 1968.
2. It should be noted that the Federal Personnel
Manual System, Chapter 736, was not available to this Staff
in February 1969 when the CSC news release was used as
the basic paper.
