Considering the overall intent of referent, I do not feel
that the PTOS Directorate has any action to take on this matter.
An investigation undertaken by the PTOS Directorate generally
relates to such fact finding studies to determine whether violations
involving the exposure of classified information to unauthorized
persons occurred. Although by Charter the PTOS Directorate is
the focal point within the Office of Security the careers of Security
Officers assigned to components outside the Office of Security, i. e.
any investigation under-

Investigations and Operational Support Directorate consonant with
policies developed and followed by that Directorate.
