MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: FPM Letter No. 736-4 -- Full Field Investigations
on Competitive Service Employees and Applicants
for Critical-Sensitive Positions
1. DD/PS advised the undersigned that a rough draft has been
prepared in view of the requirement as set forth in Paragraph 3 of
the memorandum dated 17 June 1969 from the Director of Security
to the DD/S. He said that action will be completed by the end of
the month.
2. The above inquiry was made as a result of a telephone
call from the DD/S to the Executive Officer. The DD/S will be
advised of the information contained in Paragraph 1 above by the
Executive Officer.
