SUBJECT : New Chief of NATO Security Bureau
1. Yesterday, Mr. Robert Ma.rgrave, Chairman, US-MICC,
advised me formally by phone that Mr. Dennis Flynn had been
approved to replace Mr. James Nugent as head of the NATO Security
Bureau.
2. Would you please make this a matter of record in your
MICC files. For your information, Mr. Flynn is an old State
Department employee and was formerly the Director of Security,
Department of State.
